Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, such as BambooHR or similar.
• Experience with international HR compliance and data management.
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Familiarity with payroll administration and benefits management.
