About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager - Remote to join our dedicated team at Alliance for Justice. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Belgian labor laws and other relevant regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and payroll processing.
- Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Utilize HR analytics to measure and improve HR performance metrics.
- Collaborate with management to develop policies that support organizational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with employee engagement strategies and organizational development.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
