Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with discretion.
- Experience in conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in HRIS and employee management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
