About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Third Space, a collection of luxury health clubs in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and supervise our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. As a Housekeeping Supervisor remote, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our members.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including early and late shifts.
• Interact with customers daily, providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensure all areas and facilities, including gyms, lounges, and changing rooms, are clean and presentable.
• Maintain cleanliness of fitness equipment and stock fresh towels and consumables.
• Respond to special housekeeping needs as requested by members or staff.
• Escalate any issues such as broken equipment or maintenance needs to the appropriate departments.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our members.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as requested to support the team.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible, hardworking, and committed to team success.

Nice to Have

• Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or fitness environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and procedures.
• First aid certification.
