Housekeeping Employee - Remote Opportunity at Disneyland Paris

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Employee to join our team at Disneyland Paris. This is a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant international environment, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. As a Housekeeping Employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our themed hotels. This position offers a chance to work remotely while being part of a magical experience.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the maintenance of common areas in our hotels, including hallways and lobbies.
• Ensure cleanliness in restrooms and public areas, including waste management.
• Engage in outdoor public area maintenance regardless of weather conditions.
• Utilize high-pressure cleaning equipment and floor scrubbers (training provided).
• Assist with the delivery and organization of supplies using a pallet jack.
• Deliver costumes or linens to guests or employees as needed.
• Help move furniture and set up decorations in guest rooms.
• Create personalized interactions with guests, enhancing their overall experience.

Requirements

• Strong dynamism, smiling attitude, and curiosity to evolve in customer relations.
• Prior experience is ideal but not necessary.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, use stairs, and lift heavy items.
• Valid driving license (B) for over 2 years.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Fluency in French (B2 level) and basic English (A2 level); a third European language is a plus.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays (between 7:00 AM and 12:30 AM).

Nice to Have

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
