Housekeeper - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team remotely. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of our facility for residents, visitors, and employees. This remote opportunity allows you to take pride and ownership in ensuring that our environment is welcoming and hygienic.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and other areas of the facility.
• Safely mix and use cleaning solutions, storing them in a secure area.
• Label and remove infectious waste bags and containers according to safety protocols.
• Ensure punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned while adhering to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Ability to read and write at a level appropriate for the job.
• Effective communication skills with residents, family members, and facility staff.
• Knowledge of infection control techniques.
• Patience and politeness in all interactions.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
