Hospitality Housekeeping Host - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join us as a Hospitality Housekeeping Host in a unique remote opportunity with The Walt Disney Company. This role offers a dynamic working environment in an international context, where you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What You'll Do

• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in our themed hotels, contributing to the overall guest experience.
• Work collaboratively with a team of 20 to 40 employees in the housekeeping department.
• Anticipate and personalize customer expectations, ensuring service excellence.
• Perform physical tasks including walking, standing for long periods, and carrying heavy loads.
• Adapt to various weather conditions while working indoors and outdoors.

Requirements

• Dynamic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for customer relations.
• Previous experience in hospitality is ideal but not necessary.
• Fluency in French (B2 level) and English (A2 level); a third European language is a plus.
• Possess a valid B driving license for more than 2 years.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Up to 6 weeks' vacation per year and 3 days' fractional leave.
