Requirements

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools like CareerPlug and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and necessary technical setup.
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing and compliance tasks.
  • Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
