Head of Sales - Payment Solutions Remote
About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Sales (PSP) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to make a significant impact in the fast-paced fintech landscape.
What You'll Do
- Sell and promote our payment products and services across various industries.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored payment solutions that meet their requirements.
- Lead product demos and client presentations, clearly communicating the value and differentiation of our offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from negotiation and pricing to contract signing and client onboarding.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to track progress and adjust strategies.
- Monitor market trends, risks, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the tech and product teams to ensure high-quality client support and solution delivery.
Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience in PSP, fintech, or payments sales.
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of the payments market, trends, and high-risk segments.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities — able to explain complex products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and experience preparing reports and forecasts.
- Quick thinking, adaptability, and confidence in handling client objections.
- English: Intermediate or higher proficiency.
