Head of Sales - Americas (Remote)
About the Role
ACCURE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales - Americas to join our innovative team. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead sales efforts in one of the most strategic regions for our pioneering battery technology. As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in accelerating revenue growth and expanding our customer base across the Americas.
What You'll Do
- Take full commercial responsibility for the Americas region, driving ambitious revenue targets across both existing and new customers.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Define and execute a regional sales strategy that aligns with ACCURE's global priorities and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Sales Director and the executive team to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
- Utilize your extensive experience in enterprise sales to close large, strategic deals and enhance ACCURE's market presence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales, with a strong focus on senior leadership responsibilities.
- A proven track record of closing large, strategic deals and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Comfortable setting strategy and personally closing key accounts, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of complex buying processes and long sales cycles, with the ability to navigate C-level discussions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a credible presence both internally and externally.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the clean energy sector or related industries.
- Familiarity with battery technology and its applications in electric vehicles and grid storage systems.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
