About the Role

We are seeking a Head of RTO to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. This remote opportunity allows you to lead operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth execution of client orders and the continuous improvement of operational procedures. As the Head of RTO, you will play a critical role in enhancing our trading systems and policies, making a significant impact on our operations.

What You'll Do

• Monitor the company’s platforms to ensure efficient order execution and compliance with the Best Interest Policy.
• Prepare various reports for management and clients, providing insights into trading performance.
• Collaborate with IT and operations technology teams to enhance systems, focusing on automatic monitoring solutions.
• Control trade processing to the clearing firm, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while resolving any discrepancies.
• Assist with reconciliations, fund, and balance settlements at the end of the trading day.
• Troubleshoot trading issues and liaise with relevant teams to ensure swift resolution.
• Conduct preliminary analysis of customer complaints and perform competitor analysis as needed.
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to analyze resumes/CVs and support the recruitment process.

Requirements

• University/College Graduate with a CySec Advance Certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brokerage services within a CySec regulated environment.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with trading systems and software enhancements.
• Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of market research methodologies.
