About the Role

We are seeking a Head of People Operations - Remote to lead our HR initiatives and enhance our employee experience. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, with a focus on strategic leadership.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and managing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
