About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing and Communications to join Nu Quantum in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing strategies and communications as we lead the charge in quantum networking technology. What You'll Be Doing

  • Define, develop, and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall commercial objectives and growth targets.
  • Track performance against goals and use data insights to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and PR channels.
  • Build processes to support the business development and sales funnel for our maturing technologies.
  • Oversee public relations and analyst relations to secure impactful coverage and shape market perception.
  • Develop a strong communication and corporate branding strategy to raise the company's profile among diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to refine value propositions and craft necessary marketing assets.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing strategies to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, ensuring coverage of expanding functions.
  • Select and manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring effective tracking of performance and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a fast-growing technology-based company.
  • Experience in communicating complex STEM concepts clearly.
  • Strategic brand positioning experience on an international stage.
  • Ability to create high-quality marketing campaigns and collateral.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in Quantum Computing or related fields.
