What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategies across various digital platforms.
• Lead a team of analysts and marketers to conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) to derive actionable insights and improve user engagement.
• Collaborate with product design and web development teams to enhance user experience and interface.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Experience with A/B testing and user testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Webflow, and Shopify.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
