About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Artificial Intelligence to join a large healthcare group, focusing on innovation and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to lead AI initiatives across a multi-site healthcare network, driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and developing new AI-enabled services. As the Head of Artificial Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in the region.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business growth and clinical quality.
• Identify and launch AI-enabled business initiatives, including clinical services and patient engagement solutions.
• Develop business cases and go-to-market plans for AI-powered services.
• Explore strategic partnerships and commercialization opportunities for AI platforms.
• Lead the development of a secure, scalable healthcare data and AI platform.
• Drive AI applications across the revenue cycle, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI function, covering data science and machine learning engineering.
• Manage relationships with AI vendors and technology partners.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record in delivering AI solutions in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• MBA or strong commercial leadership experience.
• Experience in commercializing AI-enabled products or services.
