What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service.
• Create magical and interactive experiences that leave guests with stories to tell.
• Confidently upsell products to achieve revenue and SPH targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in public areas throughout the day.
• Support the attraction in achieving daily KPIs and Mystery Visitor targets.
• Handle customer queries and challenges positively and professionally.
• Follow operational and safety procedures to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment is essential.
• Outgoing personality with a love for interacting with guests.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Stamina for standing, bending, and engaging with guests.
• Availability for a variety of shifts.
