About the Role

We are hiring a Growth & Systems Architect to join the Founder's Office at Pontosense. This role is pivotal in building the revenue infrastructure that powers our next stage of growth. As a Growth & Systems Architect, you will work directly with executive leadership to embed AI into our operations, ensuring we maintain our impressive 26% month-over-month growth. This position offers the unique opportunity to design and implement systems that will have a massive impact on our mission to save lives through innovative technology.

What You'll Do

  • Design the architecture of our revenue systems, including CRM, lifecycle, and funnel.
  • Build automation across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Implement AI-driven workflows, including LLM-based analysis and insights.
  • Create growth dashboards to track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention.
  • Structure D2C onboarding and lifecycle flows to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify friction points in the revenue engine and eliminate them for smoother operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with APIs, automation tools, or data analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Basic SQL or scripting experience is preferred.
  • Startup or co-op experience is a strong plus.
