About the Role

We are seeking a Growth & Systems Architect - Founder's Office to join our innovative team at Pontosense. This role is pivotal in building the revenue infrastructure that powers our next stage of growth. What You'll Do

  • Design the architecture of our revenue systems (CRM, lifecycle, funnel).
  • Build automation across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Implement AI-driven workflows, including LLM-based analysis and insights.
  • Create growth dashboards to track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention.
  • Structure D2C onboarding and lifecycle flows.
  • Identify friction in the revenue engine and eliminate it.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with APIs, automation tools, or data analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Basic SQL or scripting experience is preferred.
  • Startup or co-op experience is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in systems thinking and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Interest in business, not just code.
