About the Role
We are seeking a Growth & Systems Architect - Founder's Office to join our innovative team at Pontosense. This role is pivotal in building the revenue infrastructure that powers our next stage of growth. What You'll Do
- Design the architecture of our revenue systems (CRM, lifecycle, funnel).
- Build automation across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Implement AI-driven workflows, including LLM-based analysis and insights.
- Create growth dashboards to track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention.
- Structure D2C onboarding and lifecycle flows.
- Identify friction in the revenue engine and eliminate it.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with APIs, automation tools, or data analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Basic SQL or scripting experience is preferred.
- Startup or co-op experience is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in systems thinking and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Interest in business, not just code.
