Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Social for Healthcare Startup

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Social to join our team at Solace Health. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and lead our paid social acquisition efforts. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and scale our paid social acquisition engine, focusing on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. This role demands a hands-on approach, where you will be actively involved in setting strategy, managing budgets, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.

What You'll Do

• Own Meta performance end-to-end across campaign strategy, structure, testing, and budget allocation.
• Build a feedback loop in partnership with our integrated marketing and creative teams.
• Monitor and diagnose full-funnel performance, proactively identifying what drives wins and losses.
• Collaborate with our CRO Specialist to align ad messaging with landing pages.
• Manage paid social tracking and measurement, ensuring pixel and CAPI health.
• Work closely with Data/Analytics to improve reporting and deepen channel insights.
• Lead our expansion into TikTok and Snapchat.
• Translate account performance into actionable insights for the broader team.
• Mentor and grow associate talent within the marketing team.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of paid social experience, with hands-on ownership of 7-figure Meta accounts.
• Experience with TikTok and/or Snapchat is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns towards real business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of tracking and measurement, including Pixel and CAPI.
• Strong communication skills to explain performance metrics clearly to stakeholders.
