About the Role
We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our innovative AI SaaS company based in Maia, Portugal. What You'll Do
- Design ICP-focused landing pages tailored to specific buyer profiles.
- Own inbound funnels end to end, defining signal-based messaging and clear CTAs that convert interest into POCs.
- Drive structured experimentation by defining hypotheses, testing strategies, and evaluating results with stakeholders.
- Translate insights into marketing assets that resonate with decision-makers in supply chain and procurement.
- Collaborate on go-to-market plays, supporting industry-specific partner campaigns.
- Shape narratives that sell, crafting storylines like 'Explainable Forecasts' into inbound formats.
- Guide funnel analytics and reporting, monitoring conversion metrics and turning insights into actionable steps.
- Coordinate inbound lead flow to ensure alignment with sales velocity.
Requirements
- 1-4+ years of experience in B2B inbound, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Strong written and spoken English (C1 level) for global audience communication.
- Experience with A/B testing and a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Background in forecasting, supply chain, or industrial tech is a plus.

- Experience in AI or SaaS marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
