Gross-to-Net (GTN) Forecasting Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Gross-to-Net (GTN) Forecasting Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in developing accurate and timely cash flow and GTN forecasts to support financial planning and strategic decision-making within the pharmaceutical sector. As a Gross-to-Net (GTN) Forecasting Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Pricing, Contracts, and Accounting teams to model pricing, contracting, rebates, and deductions that impact net sales and cash timing.
What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve GTN forecast models by product and channel (direct and indirect).
- Forecast and analyze GTN components including rebates (Medicaid, Medicare, Shelf Stock Adjustments, Commercial, etc.) and chargebacks.
- Partner with Pricing, Contracts, and Accounting to incorporate contract changes and assumptions into forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis versus prior forecasts, budgets, and actuals; clearly explain drivers to leadership.
- Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts, incorporating GTN timing, collections, and payments.
- Analyze working capital impacts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and inventory.
- Support budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling.
- Evaluate the financial impact of pricing strategies, product launches, and policy changes.
- Work with Global Treasury and Accounting to align forecasts with actual cash movements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong experience in GTN forecasting and cash flow modeling; 5+ years required.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems such as SAP and Power BI.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical revenue and pricing dynamics.
- Experience with forecasting tools and automation initiatives.
