About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a Social Media Focus - Remote to join our dynamic team at Media Works Agency. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing visual identities and social assets that resonate with modern brands.

What You'll Do

• Design social media assets including Reels covers, story layouts, feed posts, templates, and campaign visuals.
• Create advertising materials for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate closely with the social media and creative team to ensure a cohesive brand appearance across all channels.
• Design website elements and landing page basics to enhance user engagement.
• Develop visual concepts that align with strategic marketing goals, focusing on a social-first approach.
• Maintain a strong understanding of aesthetics, trends, and modern brand management.
• Work independently while being reliable and structured in your design process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media design or brand design.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with Motion/After Effects is a plus.
• Ability to create visual concepts beyond individual graphics.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and an eye for current design trends.
• Experience in developing strategic design solutions for social media platforms.
