About the Role

Join Getinge as a Global Sales & Service Transformation Director and take on a pivotal role in optimizing our sales and service operations. This remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in process transformation to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction across our global organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead global process harmonization initiatives to streamline sales and service back-office operations.
  • Drive the transformation towards SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
  • Establish a Global Process Blueprint by collaborating with cross-functional teams from various countries.
  • Partner with external consultants to implement best practices and ensure sustainable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for AI integration and intelligent automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Champion change management efforts to align stakeholders around the vision for harmonized processes.
  • Facilitate workshops to design and document end-to-end processes, balancing global standards with local requirements.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in leading global process transformation initiatives in Sales, Service, or Back-Office operations.
  • Strong background in process excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, ideally in S/4HANA transformations, and familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-cultural teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with an interest in AI and automation technologies.
