Global Finance Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Global Finance Manager - Remote to lead our finance function and drive operational excellence across our multi-entity and multi-currency environments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape financial strategies, ensuring compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards while managing budgeting and forecasting processes. As a Global Finance Manager, you will work closely with executive leadership to achieve clear outcomes and maintain a high pace of operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple entities and currencies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including IFRS and GAAP.
• Manage financial reporting and governance to provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and operational teams to streamline finance functions and enhance employee relations.
• Lead financial operations, including treasury management and financial planning.
• Shape the finance function with a focus on operational excellence and real autonomy.
• Provide executive sponsorship and support for finance initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in a global setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP).
• Experience with financial management software, such as Sage Intacct.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in finance transformation and multi-currency management is a plus.
