About the Role

We are seeking a Global Account Manager (remote) to join our team at Advanced Energy. In this role, you will serve as the strategic business leader for our highest value global customers. Your mission will be to drive profitable growth and build long-term partnerships while ensuring seamless execution from opportunity creation through production and lifecycle support.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute the global account strategy, focusing on revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business model and operational needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing strategy with executive-level contacts.
  • Manage a global, cross-functional account team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive operational excellence and navigate supply chain risks and challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align product capabilities with customer requirements.
  • Oversee technical issue resolution and product validation.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency for both the company and the customer.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in power supplies, electronics, or a related high-tech industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of electrical power systems and product development.
  • Proven success managing large global accounts or complex OEM/ODM customer programs.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional teams and manage global programs.
