About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and driven General Program Manager remote to join AnsibleHealth, a pioneering healthcare technology startup. As a General Program Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare for chronic disease patients through innovative technology and clinical expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Impact the strategy and execution for AnsibleHealth's general operations, clinical operations, and technology initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Work independently on projects through the full life cycle, overseeing clinical, operational, and technology aspects.
  • Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Establish program governance structures and processes, including risk management, issue management, and change management.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, status, and performance to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Continuously identify and mitigate program risks and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from one of the top five universities in the Philippines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0-5 years of relevant work experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a resilient mindset.
  • Keen interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes; prior healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and willingness to learn new software tools as needed.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in healthcare technology or related fields.
