  • Participate in care conferences and team meetings to discuss residents’ progress and care needs.

Requirements

  • Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona.
  • 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements governing nursing practices.
  • Physical capability to perform nursing duties, including lifting and transferring residents.
  • Emotional resilience to cope with the demands of working with residents with complex healthcare needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with telehealth or remote patient monitoring.
  • Certification in a specialty area of nursing.
  • Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
