About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team, providing essential care remotely. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans for residents, ensuring their health and well-being. What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status, including vital signs and medical history.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to establish care goals and strategies.
• Regularly reassess resident needs and adjust care plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide skilled nursing interventions and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs to support resident recovery.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and self-care strategies.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions in resident medical records.
• Participate in care conferences and team meetings to discuss residents’ progress and care needs.

Requirements

• Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona.
• 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements governing nursing practices.
• Physical capability to perform nursing duties, including lifting and transferring residents.
• Emotional resilience to cope with the demands of working with residents with complex healthcare needs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with telehealth or remote patient monitoring.
• Certification in a specialty area of nursing.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
