Quality Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team remotely. As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Quality Assurance activities, ensuring that our high-tech projects and products meet the highest standards of quality.

What You'll Do

• Prepare the software product assurance plan in collaboration with the project manager, ensuring adherence to the defined quality assurance plan.
• Conduct project and process audits, monitoring and reporting on KPIs and quality issues.
• Actively participate in project initiation, reviews, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with specific customer quality requirements.
• Review documentation and provide feedback to maintain consistency with documentation standards.
• Initiate process improvements to enhance quality management.
• Contribute to the effective implementation of the quality management system.
• Engage in root-cause analysis and risk management activities.
• Support internal audit plans and customer audits.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in Product and Quality Assurance or similar roles.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 27001, and ECSS standards.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a systematic approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High sense of responsibility.
