Full Stack Developer - AI Simulation Platform

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer remote to join our innovative team at Delta Labs. In this role, you will design and build the systems that power Elaiia’s simulation platform, which utilizes AI to simulate and predict consumer behavior at scale. As a Full Stack Developer remote, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our product.

What You'll Do

• Design and build production features across the full stack, from data model to UI.
• Integrate LLM APIs into production workflows, focusing on prompt pipelines, structured outputs, and token optimization.
• Own entire features end-to-end, ensuring their performance, quality, and correctness.
• Collaborate with the research team to transition experimental AI capabilities into production-grade systems.
• Improve and extend the platform architecture as simulation workloads grow in complexity and volume.
• Ship continuously to maintain the pace the company needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience shipping production web applications in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js, with a focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience designing relational database schemas that can handle real-world scale and complexity.
• Familiarity with LLM integration, including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Comfortable using AI tools as a core part of your development workflow.
• Ability to communicate clearly about technical trade-offs and write useful documentation.

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-powered features used by real customers in production.
• Direct experience with our stack: Drizzle ORM, Shadcn UI, Tailwind CSS, Vercel, Azure.
• Experience in a high-velocity early-stage environment.
• Experience scaling systems that handle complex, long-running computational workloads.
