About the Role

Join Growe as a Frontend Tech Lead and take charge of leading our frontend team while driving technical decisions. This Frontend Tech Lead remote position offers you the opportunity to design and maintain frontend architecture, ensuring high code quality and performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the frontend team and drive technical decisions to ensure project success.
• Design and maintain scalable and maintainable frontend architecture.
• Select, implement, and improve technologies, standards, and best practices.
• Review code and mentor developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Plan tasks and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.
• Optimize interface performance and ensure stability across platforms.
• Utilize your expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript to enhance our projects.
• Work with Web APIs, real-time communication (WebSocket/SSE), and API integration.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of core language concepts.
• Experience building scalable and maintainable frontend architecture.
• Ability to work without reliance on a specific framework (framework-agnostic mindset).
• Experience with SSR or backend-related technologies (e.g., ASP.NET Core / Razor).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI) and high-load systems.
• Previous Tech Lead or leadership experience is a plus.
• Upper Intermediate level of English.
