• Define test cases for dialogue flows to ensure optimal performance of AI systems.
• Create optimal sequences of tools for agent invocation to enhance user experience.
• Write User Agent instructions for consistent automated behavior across platforms.
• Contribute to AI projects on your own schedule, allowing for flexibility and independence.
• Leverage your technical skills in coding and automation to advance AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Zendesk and a strong understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts.
• Ability to create logical sequences and dialogue flows that improve user interactions.
• Excellent writing skills for crafting User Agent instructions.
