- Provide training to new clients on Pennylane's financial software, ensuring they understand its features and benefits.
- Work autonomously in a supportive and growth-oriented environment, collaborating with the Account Manager to identify training needs.
- Conduct live training sessions and webinars, engaging with learners in an empathetic and interactive manner.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback to enhance the learning experience.
- Utilize digital tools like Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace to facilitate training sessions.
- Possibility for future leadership or mentoring roles as you grow with the company.
- Maintain a flexible work arrangement with required availability of at least 3 days a week.
- Travel within a defined geographic area for client training, ensuring a hands-on approach to learning.
Requirements
- Significant experience in an accounting firm, demonstrating your expertise in financial management.
- Strong relational and pedagogical skills to effectively communicate and engage learners.
- Comfortable with digital tools and online presentations, ensuring a smooth training process.
- Quick learner of new training modules, adapting to the evolving needs of our clients.
- Commitment to Pennylane's vision and community, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Availability for at least 8 days a month for training sessions, with the ability to provide availability three months in advance.
- Willingness to travel within 2-3 hours of home for client training sessions.
- Experience as a freelance trainer is a plus, enhancing your ability to deliver effective training.
