About the Role

This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the world, particularly from Spain, while supporting our mission in the Belgian market. As a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Dutch-speaking sales roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Dutch-speaking sales roles.
  • Headhunt and source candidates effectively through various channels.
  • Conduct and coordinate interviews, ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the admin team for onboarding new hires.
  • Work independently with a no-meeting policy to maximize productivity.
  • Communicate transparently about recruitment progress to all stakeholders.
  • Meet quarterly hiring targets and represent Selectra professionally.
  • Adapt to challenges proactively, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Native-level Dutch speaker with fluent English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and assessing candidates for sales roles.
  • Results-driven and transparent communicator, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
