About the Role

OpenUp is seeking a dedicated Freelance Psychologist - Polish Speaking - Remote to join our mission of making mental well-being accessible to everyone. In this role, you will conduct video consultations focusing on mental well-being, providing guidance for everyday challenges. As a Freelance Psychologist, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them set clear, actionable goals to improve their mental health.

• Conduct video consultations with clients, focusing on mental well-being.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in clinical conversations.
• Native-level fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of solution-focused therapy, ACT, and/or CBT.
• Tech-savvy and self-reliant with digital platforms.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
• A team player who thrives independently.
• Ability to create a safe, supportive space for clients.
