About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Medical Editor to join our dynamic team at Klick. This remote position allows you to work flexibly while contributing to high-quality healthcare communications. As a Freelance Medical Editor, you will be responsible for editing, fact-checking, and proofreading clinical and patient-focused content, ensuring high standards of scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance in healthcare communications.

What You'll Do

• Edit and proofread clinical content to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Attend meetings and client calls to understand project requirements.
• Prepare regulatory submissions in compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain style guides to ensure consistency across all communications.
• Act as a regulatory compliance consultant for various projects.
• Manage day-to-day projects while collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Handle Veeva PromoMats uploads efficiently.
• Meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience in medical editing or proofreading is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Experience in an advertising agency is preferred.
• Extreme attention to detail and confidence in proofreading.
• Understanding of Veeva PromoMats is beneficial.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory affairs is a bonus.
