About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Freelance Interview Host - Swedish Speaking to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will manage online interviews, provide technical support, and ensure project completion while exceeding client expectations. As a Freelance Interview Host, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth communication between respondents and moderators.

What You'll Do

• Act as the point of contact for technical platform issues during interviews.
• Prepare respondents for scheduled interviews, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
• Facilitate and troubleshoot interviews, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
• Support moderator and interpreter trainings to enhance team performance.
• Document technical issues and resolutions to improve future processes.
• Stay updated on product features to provide accurate support.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve project goals.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to convey technical steps clearly to respondents.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is required.
• Experience with qualitative online platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation are essential.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in both Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
