About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance Documentation Specialist (French) to join our team remotely. In this role, you will create a variety of technical content that enhances user experience and drives product adoption. As a Freelance Documentation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and analyze complex technical concepts, translating them into clear and concise formats.

What You'll Do

  • Create engaging technical content, including traditional documentation and video tutorials.
  • Review and audit existing documentation to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Translate and restructure documents into LNE format.
  • Collaborate with QA, product, and development teams to produce seven LNE-compliant dossiers, including General Design, Functional Specifications, Technical Architecture, Organisational Procedures, Maintenance Plan, Operational Use, and User Guide.
  • Respond to queries from auditors during admissibility and CMS review.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical writing with a focus on clarity and user engagement.
  • Proficiency in French, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear content.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with LNE documentation standards is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in creating video tutorials or other multimedia content.
  • Knowledge of software development processes.
  • Previous experience in a freelance role.
