About the Role

We are looking for a talented Freelance Brand Designer to join Titan's dynamic team. As a Brand Designer, you will play a foundational role in shaping Titan’s identity, working closely with the CEO and various teams to create compelling brand assets across multiple platforms. This Freelance Brand Designer position offers a unique opportunity to push the brand identity forward with new ideas and translate visual language into cohesive creative systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design of branded assets across various platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on campaigns.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines and design kits.
• Source and direct creative talent as needed.
• Contribute to the culture of design at the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in brand or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste.
• Comfort with both hands-on creative work and strategy.
• Experience with high-growth consumer or tech brands.
• Ability to create for multiple surfaces and formats.
• Clear communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
