What You'll Do

• Collaborate with bestselling authors in both fiction and nonfiction genres.
• Select projects based on your interests and expertise.
• Determine your own rates and availability, allowing for a personalized work experience.
• Provide high-quality editorial assessments and developmental editing.
• Build and maintain a portfolio showcasing at least 5 published books.
• Engage with a community of over 1,000,000 authors and freelance publishing professionals.
• Ensure high-quality work is delivered consistently, enhancing your reputation in the industry.

Requirements

• 3+ years of editing experience in the publishing industry.
• Experience with recognized publishers is preferred.
• A portfolio with at least 5 well-reviewed published books is required.
• Expertise in editorial assessment and developmental editing.
• A history of high-quality work with bestselling authors is a plus.
