About the Role

We are looking for a talented Freelance 3D Modeler/Designer to join our team remotely. As a Freelance 3D Modeler/Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on immersive projects that blend spatial design, technology, and narrative. What You'll Do

• Create high-quality 3D models for immersive environments and experiences.
• Collaborate with experiential and development teams to ensure models meet project requirements.
• Recreate real-world objects and environments as detailed 3D models.
• Optimize models for performance in real-time engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine.
• Deliver models that are ready for animation, rigging, or game engine import.
• Utilize advanced material and texturing skills to enhance the visual quality of models.
• Maintain excellent communication and file organization practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage version control effectively to ensure smooth collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D modeling and asset development.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Blender, Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
• Experience creating assets for Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of model optimization and efficient polycount management.
• Familiarity with PBR workflows and shader/material systems.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in humanoid character modeling.
• Knowledge of animation principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
