Fintech Recruitment Associate - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Fintech Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team at Levin. As a Fintech Recruitment Associate remote, you will have the chance to build lifelong relationships and receive dedicated training from our onsite Performance Coaches, ensuring you have a solid platform to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full 360° recruitment process, including business development and consulting.
• Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients through strategic outreach.
• Connect with senior executives at leading technology firms to pitch our strategies for identifying top talent.
• Negotiate contracts and fee agreements while sharing insights on candidate profiles and discussing current market trends.
• Engage with candidates by building a network of senior-level tech executives and creating impactful relationships.
• Utilize various platforms such as CRM, Cold Calling, Job Boards, LinkedIn, and Zoom Info to find new candidates.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, guiding them through the interview process.
• Strengthen and develop existing relationships, including aftercare once a candidate starts in an organization.

Requirements

• Recent or upcoming graduates (Class of 2024-2025).
• No prior recruitment experience necessary; sales or business development experience is a plus.

• Base Salary: £26,000 (non-negotiable) + uncapped commission (expected first year OTE: £35,000-£45,000; top performers: £60,000+).
