Head of Infrastructure Services - Financial Infrastructure (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Infrastructure Services - Financial Infrastructure to join Anchorage Digital, a leading crypto platform. This remote role offers the opportunity to shape and build our infrastructure-as-a-service business within the Financial Infrastructure group. You will be instrumental in developing, managing, and executing the overall business strategy while overseeing the product roadmap and enabling cross-functional coordination.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of financial infrastructure products, including banking-as-a-service and software-as-a-service models.
• Interact with clients to gather feedback and establish pricing and revenue models.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Financial Infrastructure line of businesses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure robust and compliant infrastructure services.
• Document and report on strategic proposals to drive business forward.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, banking-as-a-service, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing discussions and presentations.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Ability to operate in a high-ambiguity and fast-moving environment.
