Financial Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

This Financial Analyst remote position offers you the chance to work in a dynamic environment where you will provide critical finance partnership to various functions including R&D, Sales, and G&A. As a Financial Analyst, you will focus on driving the OPEX & IDL annual plan and quarterly forecast process, making a significant impact on our operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage and drive the OPEX and IDL planning and forecasting processes, partnering with management teams and department heads.
• Analyze and provide insights on monthly, quarterly, and annual actual results with a focus on Operating Expenses.
• Act as a business partner with functional leaders on a variety of financial needs including reporting, budgeting, and ad hoc requests.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, collaborating with the Accounting team on close-related matters.
• Drive process improvements to support existing and new reporting requirements, developing and automating financial models and analyses.
• Conduct ad-hoc modeling, reporting, and analysis as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with CPM software tools, such as Hyperion or Adaptive Insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels of management.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask in a dynamic, high matrix environment.
• Prior experience in a high-tech, manufacturing environment preferred.
