Finance Team Lead - Remote Position

We are seeking a Finance Team Lead - Remote to join our dynamic team at Giti2c. As a Finance Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all finance processes. What You'll Do

• Oversee financial operations and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency.
• Combine your financial expertise with team leadership to guide and develop the finance team.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Manage accounting, reporting, and compliance to maintain high standards of financial integrity.
• Prepare and review monthly Profit and Loss statements (P&Ls) to provide insights into financial performance.
• Conduct forecasting and performance monitoring to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain effective cash flow management to ensure the financial health of the organization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting processes.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with P&Ls and cash flow management.
• Experience managing multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Practical experience in cost control and financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and reporting.
• Experience working with banks and Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs).
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of international financial regulations.
• Certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CFA).
