Field Supervisor - Clean Energy Projects
About the Role

What You'll Do
- Supervise line crews, troublemen, and streetlight repairmen in day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to safety policies.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and lead the team to implement corrective actions.
- Conduct field visits to monitor job progress and correct unsafe working conditions.
- Mentor and develop employees, building effective relationships and delivering coaching and feedback.
- Interact with customers, city officials, and external agencies to complete work and adhere to project timelines.
- Manage crew cost efficiency, including overtime and crew size, while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Ensure the protection of physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets while managing sensitive information.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in an electric utility, performing or supervising planning, construction, or maintenance.
- Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and applying the IBEW collective bargaining agreement.
- Ability to plan and prioritize multiple projects and allocate resources effectively.
- Experience with environmental regulations, safety policies, and hazardous waste management.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the collective bargaining agreement.
- Experience with electronic work order systems.
- Five or more years of experience in electric distribution system activities.
