About the Role

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and customer engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in using CXM software solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the installation and configuration of complex systems.
- Familiarity with treasury management and cash management systems.
- Knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus.
