  • Prospect and generate repeat and referral business to expand your customer base.
  • Master product knowledge and competitive positioning to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Deliver a top-tier customer experience that drives Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in automotive sales with strong closing skills and objection handling.
  • Self-motivated and competitive mindset to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (closed Sundays) to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen.
