About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Business Analytics & Sales Operations to join Veracyte, a global leader in genomic diagnostics. This Executive Director, Business Analytics & Sales Operations remote role will allow you to lead a newly unified Center of Excellence that integrates Sales Operations, Master Data, and Enterprise Analytics. You will establish the operating model, governance, and infrastructure necessary for enterprise-wide reporting consistency, making a significant impact on patient care and treatment decisions.
What You'll Do
- Lead a unified Center of Excellence for Sales Operations and Business Analytics.
- Establish operating models and governance processes to ensure effective analytics.
- Define enterprise KPI definitions and reporting methodologies.
- Oversee Salesforce master data management to maintain data integrity.
- Partner with IT and Data Engineering on data governance initiatives.
- Guide enterprise analytics across multiple functions to drive strategic insights.
- Develop and scale Tableau and Power BI dashboards for enhanced reporting.
- Lead change management and training efforts to foster a data-driven culture.
- Build and develop a high-performing team that excels in analytics.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing insights that inform key decisions.
Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Analytics.
- Proven experience leading centralized analytics or operational Centers of Excellence.
- Advanced expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills for translating analytical concepts into actionable insights.
- Experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, data science, or a related field.
