About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to the CTO to join our dynamic AI startup. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to support our CTO in a fast-paced environment focused on AI search infrastructure. As an Executive Assistant to the CTO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team.

What You'll Do

  • Provide primary support to the CTO in managing a busy schedule and travel arrangements.
  • Handle travel planning and logistics, ensuring detailed itineraries are prepared.
  • Manage inbox communications to ensure timely responses and follow-through on important matters.
  • Collaborate with the CEO's Executive Assistant on onboarding processes and event planning.
  • Assist the Head of People with interview coordination and various operational projects.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various office locations as needed.
