European Category Marketing & Revenue Growth Manager - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced European Category Marketing & Revenue Growth Manager to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in driving profitable growth through category strategy, innovation management, and structured Revenue Growth Management (RGM). You will be instrumental in supporting our mission to champion food for biodiversity while making a positive difference in the world.
What You'll Do
- Support and execute the European Hot Drinks category strategy, identifying consumer and shopper opportunities.
- Translate insights into clear range and innovation recommendations that drive net revenue growth.
- Build robust financial business cases for innovation and renovation projects.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to deliver growth and cost efficiencies.
- Lead innovation projects from concept to launch, ensuring commercial viability and operational simplicity.
- Develop and implement structured RGM frameworks across key markets to optimize pricing strategy.
- Analyze promotional effectiveness and trade investment ROI to drive SKU optimization.
- Leverage market and financial data to identify risks and growth opportunities, translating analysis into strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Category Management, RGM, Commercial Strategy, or FMCG Marketing.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities with experience in multiple markets.
- FMCG experience is essential, preferably in Hot Drinks.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel as needed.
- Proven track record of driving net revenue growth and margin improvement.
